It is a tiny white nerd Guy. This happens to a black audience. His routine is the same for all their jokes. It sounds as if you were hitting the black race at the beginning of the joke, but the line of "punch" of the joke is the person who attacks white students and black. By example, at the end of his routine, which begins to tell how the system is clogged with social aid recipients defaulters. He concludes of the black race is at hand, but the punch line shows that the majority of whites are on welfare.
