3-4 Minute Monologue / Stand up Comedy scripts?

Hello everyone! I need a monologue of 3-4 minutes for something on behalf of the school and found myself two monologues of Ellen DeGeneres. Does anyone know any other medium of comic monologues that was surprisingly fun? Someone has links to scripts, videos, or monologues? Thank you very much!

How do I write Stand Up Comedy?

So I auditioned for this in my school and humor to the extent that some people are involved (one of the teachers and My BFF) I almost did not think I would do good, I thought it and die within a few seconds. But I started with some "Why / / Are not "jokes and then a funny story, my friend said, then laughed at something I hate and many people laughed at almost everything they had. Overall it was maybe a minute and a half. Now, if I'm in the show, I have to write more original material. I do not know how good. Has anyone written excercsizes I can do to help writing new material? Or what if you suggestions, I think it should be about 7 minutes.

Keep the comedy and observation of the situation … observing the ground state of man the things people make every day and say WTF? Keep pencil and paper handy and jot down ideas, so do not forget.
